Please examine your performance wear before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc., before wearing. Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it can not be exchanged.

Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our garments, and in some cases custom production, Go Wild! does not accept returns, only size exchanges. You may exchange the item for the same style in a different size. Exchanges will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled and that have the original tags still attached. The items must be returned within 14 days of original ship date. Items must be given an EA#. Please call 210 566-5805 to receive your exchange information.
Items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if soiled with deodorant marks or makeup. All boot exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of wear and tear.
Custom items are not eligible for exchanges.
We suggest that you ship your exchanges using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured, and/or signature required). No COD orders will be accepted.
Go Wild! and Angela King Designs, Inc. are not responsible for exchange shipping charges.
Canceling Orders:
To meet your fabric and color desires, your order may need to be produced specifically for you. Because we are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order once it is placed.

What if I need a special size or length? If you require a different size, other than our small, medium, or large patterns, it is considered a special cut. It would be a custom order and would be subject to special pricing.
What if I like one of your designs, but don't see the fabric I would like? Not a problem! Give us a call and we can discuss your needs to try and find the fabric. There are thousands of fabrics available and we have access to them all. The order would be a custom order and would be subject to special pricing.
What if I am in a hurry for my costumes? At Go Wild! we want to work with you. Please call our office so we can talk about delivery dates and the possibility of getting your costume to you by your deadline. Rush fees might apply depending on production time.
I would like a logo or lettering on my performance wear, is that possible? Yes! We love adding logos and lettering. Each logo or lettering is priced individually. Please send us your artwork and we can get a price quote for you.
Special Orders and Prototypes:
Special orders are never a problem at Go Wild! Please call our office at 210 566-5805 to speak with a representative. Additional fees will apply to adjustments or additions made to our house patterns.
If you would like a prototype of a particular item, the price of the item and shipping will apply.
